RO and this is the crux, she was not as clean as you would like. Infact very strong smell of stale urine came from the area and that ruined the whole visit for me, as you can imagine.
maybe you could have used a wet wipe on her, spending ages cleaning the same spot vigorously, muttering, whilst checking your phone, regardless if your booking has the good manners and decency to shower prior to or at the commencement of the meeting or would this be classed as time wasting and "not really being into the services" advertised
