Just spent 30 minutes looking for the profile, chanced upon it while searching this morning and thought i'd not seen her profile for a bit.
Never seen the girl so can't be sure it tallies up but the main photo is the girl i was thinking of however the other photos could almost be of a different girl.
Anyway not even sure this is the girl you are inquiring about but hope it helps

Yeah i'm actually seriously questioning whether the main photo on this profile has been nicked as the Louise in the pic was previously advertising at £80 / £100 for 30 minutes and not £40 (big drop by any standards)
Also remember her starting a couple of new profiles a year or so back and there were other threads on her being religious and asking punters to call her name while shagging her "Love it Louise" if my memory serves me right.

Spot on Cueball that's the girl I had in mind and the girl in the main profile pic (which i'm now 99% sure has been lifted somehow, looks grainy like it's a photo taken of a screen).
Louise was originally Blackpool based then seemed to flit between Blackpool and Manchester, billed herself as upmarket hence the £80 / £100 for 30 minutes, No OWO or certainly no CIM as I recall which is why I never saw her at that price
