Would just like to say a huge thank you to the community here. Been considering taking the plunge with a WG for well over a year after seeing an ad on someones car for AW (yes, really) but could never quite convince myself to actually make a booking, or even contact anyone directly.
Stumbled across this forum a week ago and the wealth of information here meant that I was far more than reassured; very quickly read a lot of threads and confirmed with myself that I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. Took some advice on the "first punt", and decided I'd not go independent for the first time. Figured I'd easy myself into it, picked a suitable time and finally took the plunge this afternoon.
I was very very nervous, and I'm not the type of person that deals with nerves well so after making the arrangements and confirming over the phone I was feeling almost sick as I travelled; however a post in another thread on nerves stated "feel the fear and do it anyway" so that is exactly what I bloody did. And I'm so pleased for it, can't believe I've been missing out all this time because I'm shite at facing new situations.
I'll wait until there's a few more experiences before writing a review just so it doesn't all come across as fluff. But I'm already thinking about the next one
