I use 50 mg sildenafil since I hit the age off 40, didn't have any problems cumming with out it but use it pre punts. Just for extra insurance.

OP.   Aswell as trying viagra etc it may also pay you to explore the vast variety of condoms available and find a brand and size you are comfortable with.   I have had a few punts ruined with condoms which felt more like wearing a bicycle inner tube.   Skins suit me and I have never had an SP refuse using them when I ask.

I have on occasion had the same issue as the OP. Personally I get 100 mg tablets via Lloyd’s and cut them into four. Significantly reduces the cost, the cut tablet edges are pretty bitter though

side effects will affect different people in different ways, so until you have tried you wont know and even than they will vary depending on other factors eg water intake, time since last meal etc.

I went to Boots and filled in a form. The chemist said that there is no problem if you have high BP, because viagra acts to lower your BP. The Boots chemist will ask you to disclose regular viagra use to your gp within 6 months of starting it. I mentioned it to my gp. He didn't seem to care too much. Just said that ED is a sign of high BP problems and recommended the usual list of diet and exercise which are having limited benefit in my case.

Also, I asked for generic sildenafil on prescription and was knocked back. Apparently there are specific criteria which must be met. It's fucking shit if you ask me. I pay a small fortune in tax and the cunts won't give me back a tiny amount so I can get a cheap hard on!
