I can confirm aardvarks earlier review and would like to add a couple of points of my own.

Great communications from this girl from the start with several texts and a phone call when I was at the address. The front garden looked very rough but I think that is due to renovation work in another flat in the same building. 
The clincher for me was the fact she was a good looker with great attitude. She had limited English but enough to get the job done but I'm a vanilla punter so keep that in mind. I will be returning to this Hungarian gem.
