However it carried on itching, I then went to a GUM clinic, for a normal check up and to see if they knew what it was. I hadn’t caught anything nasty, and the nurse thought maybe I had overdone the sun bed!!! (...not the best advice).

Finally went back to the doctor, by this stage I had endured 3 weeks of badly itching balls and base of cock, he then diagnosed it as non-specific Eczema (probably contact dermatitis) prescribing a stronger Corticosteroid cream. This worked, and my balls are fine – pheww.

I have no idea what this girl squirted when she came, but I have read that if it is a "true squirt" that it is not Urine (piss). But some girls will Piss when they come and think they are squirting, apparently the feeling is the same. What the hell it was I couldn’t say, but it is clearly not so good for your skin!!!!

I have since seen and caused several girls to squirt and always made sure I wash it all off ASAP.

I really don't know the truth of it and I'm certainly no doctor but it is quite rare to have such clear piss as what you'll see in typical "squirt" - you need to be very well hydrated (basically over-hydrated) and as such most of the time people have some shade of yellow tint in their urine (due to higher urea concentration etc). Also - without wanting to get graphic or reveal too many of my proclivities - there's is a noticeable difference in taste between "squirt" and watery/clear urine (as well as darker/stronger urine) - or at least so I've heard.

Of course sometimes it is involuntary pissing and indeed it does feel the same.

Thats what squirting is. Medical studies have confirmed this by taking images of the bladder before and after squirting and by sampling the ejected fluid. However the consistency varies for each woman depending on how hydrated they are and how much of their own vaginal juices are mixed in with it.

Yes, I believe the vast bulk of the fluid is urine but it's mixed not only with the "vaginal juices"/natural lubrication from the Cervical and Bartholin glands in the vagina but also the Skene glands (which only play a minor role in normal lubrication but a large role in "true" female ejaculation). So it's not just the consistency of the fluid that varies, it's the actual composition (which is possibly what you meant anyway). So there is a difference but how different squirt and pure urine is, is quite variable. Still, it is mostly urine by volume but you only need to add a small amount of something to dramatically change "what it is", the taste etc. For example, most drugs are in very small concentrations - most pills and IV bags are just filler/saline and stuff that helps the actual active ingredient get to where it's needed. The difference between inert pill and potent drug is just a few mg.

That's all rather academic though - if you like squirt you're a dirty bastard and I'm a dirty bastard.
