This is a pet hate of mine. This girl first says "all services included in the price" then goes on to say "services I charge extra for please enquire, anal & CIM"

Infuriating!!!
Well it reads to me all the services are included in the price apart from the 2 that she states are chargeable which are cim and anal. Better to state the two that are not then trick punters when they have handed over the cash and ask for extra.
