Haven't seen Diana - I can say I don't think it would be 'real tantra' which includes a range of breathing exercises and 'connecting' amidst a lot of other stuff which would could come under spirituality. Others may disagree, but Diana looks like it might just be a bit of a rub n tug, not much different from Jessica.
