I need some advice if you don't mind.  I will be visiting London on a short trip and I need some advice on who I should book.  Being very new at this I first looked at the agencies and I really like the look of External Link/Members Only.

You don't say how long your trip to London is for, but assuming it's for at least a couple of days your best bet would be to sort out the punt by phoning the WG directly once you're over here.
