I posted on here a while ago about the free self testing kits from the NHS.

I recently got mine and sent it off for results today.

The kit comprises of a urine sample and a blood sample which you fill by pricking the end of your finger and filling a small phial.
Fill out a form and send back to the lab in prepaid envelope and results texted to your punting phone in 2 weeks, a brilliant simple idea and saves the time and hassle of going to Gum clinic.

These kits can be picked up from a pharmacy of your choosing.
