I guess the idea is that it's like a long facial or COB, I tried it once with a WG she took in everywhere, unfortunately I'd had lots to drink beforehand as instructed and had over done it, I was tying a knot in it by the time I arrived at the house and then I'd held it in that long I couldn't let it go, barely a trickle, so gave it up, showered off and went to the bedroom still in pain only for me to be busting my bladder 5 minutes later and running back to the bathroom to have the biggest piss in the world. I've tried it, perhaps the event lost it's lustre because of the bad planning, I'd give it another go in the future but I'm not in a rush.
