You could previously pay by paypal which made things easier as you could create a 2nd 'fake' paypal account and use that.
But they no longer accept paypal, which leaves 3 options as I see it.
1) Use the iphone app and buy an in-app purchase for 1 month. For added complexity, don't have your credit card linked to Apple, but instead link Paypal to Apple.
2) Use a virtual credit card. I've recently signed up to revolut, which seems to be the only UK service offering this.
3) Use a prepaid credit card from a supermarket.
Option 1 is more expensive - £89 instead of £70. And they can still trace you in theory, but I figure someone has to get though the security of SA, Apple AND Paypal in order to do this - so many hoops to jump through.
I haven't tried option 2 yet, but thinking of doing soon.
Has anyone tried option 3 and can confirm if real address details need to be given?
