@Anth, I personally haven't been replying because your accusations have no relevance to my agency. It doesn't matter who says what in this instance, you have your views on how the industry works and your gung ho on seeing it as you wish. This isn't an Agency Friendly forum so your not going to get an outpouring of owners offering their opinion.

If you knew anything you would know what my stance on drug and alcohol abuse is. I don't condone or tolerate it in my private life or professional and I most certainly haven't and wouldn't think twice about ceasing representation or refusing re-representing any SP who needs to drink or take drugs to get them through a shift.

Would be interesting to see what is said on this by Bonds.

But would it not be best to disable the profiles to girls who are no longer active with the agency to then avoid this confusion.

I know you may say the girl is not listed on the calendar so is no longer with us. But if for example there was an old review with a link to the girls profile in that review. And someone at a later date comes and clicks on it and sees the link to the girl as still active they would assume she still works for you.

In this case the girl is a dodgy drug addict so I would want to ensure all ties are completely cut if this was me.
