If the WG agreed to take the butt plug, the punter would not, in the event of a mishap, be responsible on the basis of 'volenti non fit injuriam' I.e. she consented.
However, if the plug disappeared up as a result of a design flaw, such as the base being too narrow, it might be deemed as 'not fit for the purpose for which it was intended' to paraphrase from the Sale of Goods Act. She might sue on that basis, to get a new butt plug. Or a new arse.
