IMO, I think it's a combination of two reasons why many of the WGs don't do it limesaz. Firstly I think that a lot of them don't want to make a mess, and secondly many of them don't even think to do it, probably it's down to a lack of experience with a lot of them.

Yep I'd try concise. specific, clear and courteous communication by text at the point of booking as a condition and requesting confirmation as...
