Not sure what time your booking was scheduled for but could the other punter not have booked her overnight from after your punt / her last punt, she could also have asked you if you could do slightly earlier if you were her last punter.
Yes it's guaranteed cash for her but it's also pissing punters around especially as she cancelled you from the day or two before, 2 cancellations of which one was you being bumped isn't really on and you'd be right to do a Negative review for that.
She's a bit stupid actually telling you that as she could simply have said she had come on or had an upset stomach and you would have been none the wiser
Good to know that a plan B is needed if booking her though
