I usually go for 1hr bookings.

I wanted your opinions on 30 min ones. In your experience do you still get a quality service or do you feel pressurised and rushed.

I like to quickly shower before and after and do SPs typically take this out of the time?

it all depends on the wg you go for.
if you have not yet had a 30 minutes session then i suggest you see Sarah from adult work who does a great half an hour session. i saw her yesterday. here is the link to the review i typed this morning -
