The site has been around many years, the current listings go back about 10 years so many will be out of date no doubt. There are no reviews but the site has always listed the more 'serious' and dedicated type of domme, i.e. most have proper dungeon facilities, lots of equipment, clothing etc and take safety and hygiene very seriously. You won't find many that are just a lady armed with one cane and a flogger but no clue about domination.
