Author Topic: Advance Notice of Price Increase  (Read 871 times)

I work in a service industry; I have a contractual obligation to give my customers thirty days notice in writing of any material change to their service agreement with me - probably most notably any amendment to pricing. I wonder if this act of fair play should also apply to our wonderful world of punting?.....  :drinks:

Good idea, we could also get them to sign up to an SLA and monitor their KPI's, there would obviously be a reduction in costs if they fail to meet either over any given quarter  :D

What proportion of punts are booked 30 days in advance?

That said, I've booked to see someone who has just raised her prices and she mailed me to say that as I'd booked at the old rate I'll be paying the old rate. Quite right too.
