I take Cialis because I'm completely impotent without it, but a welcome side effect seems to be that it gives me a staying power way beyond anything I had in my youth.

Actually all ED medications are known to have a similar effect on some people.  For some reason they can decrease sensitivity and make it more difficult to cum.  I think you are correct that they are definitely worth trying if you suffer from PE.  Of course the reverse is also true, that if you already have difficulty cumming, as I sometimes do, then ED meds can make that even worse, so keep that in mind as well....
