Hi I know this is long shot but does anyone know if Stacey who used to work at Thai Derby on Babbington Lane and also Thai Burton is still working somewhere. I know she no longer works at the Thai places and was going to set up on her own. Thanks for your time. I was informed she worked at Bubbles in Nottingham on a Tuesday evening but she must of left there as well.
