Bizarre EE setup

Ok so I make contact with these pair. After much to and fro they tell me they are from Czech Republic. All good I thinks one of them looks ok.

Then the fun really begins, she tells me on AW that they can only do outcalls or car meets. I thinks hang on for an EE this is a first. She says she can do in call but extra £10 for room as it’s her drivers place?

This must be a scam surely or am I missing the obvious here?
