Hello all

I have signed up to specially post a warning.

Unfornately one of my lovely clients was robbed of 400 quid by an escort scam in a cheltenham hotel. He emailed me these details and asked if I could post in a few places to warn others

This is taken from his email

6 now been hit 2 reports on aw  these people need to be stopped fast  i and freinds on aw not happy , one guy was hurt i dont which hotel in gloucestershire

Punter went to hotel to meet escort. Bloke with glasses in hotel bar took punter's money and said punter could have Laura in room 224. Punter went up to hotel room, no WG, bloke in bar has disappeared. Police have been informed.

I think what is happening is clients are meeting a guy paying the money upfront for an escort and then going to a room where a escort doesn't exist and other guys are getting threatened/attacked.

This is all the information that my client has sent me.

It seems to be a scam in cheltenham/ gloucester hotels. They are targeting hotel by hotel and using aw to pull in the clients.

This scam is aimed at clients not escorts hence I'm posting it on a punter forum.

Seems a prossie comes here to say another prossie has scammed a client and this is the prossies name and apparently a police ref number that contains no letters just numbers which they normally do or any I have ever had always have anyways. 

It also goes on to say he has mates on Aw and they are not happy about this as apparently one man got hurt

I don't believe things like this until the guy himself posts otherwise it is a prossies word against another prossies word and there is no reason whatsoever this guy could not have posted the warning himself.  Oh he does mention you can email him on AW but as I am sure he is aware normally there is not a way to do this (I know guys on here have found a way to bypass this now).

If the prossie he told knew about this site to post this why didn't she tell him to post it rather than her doing it

Dont shoot the messanger! I just  come on here just to warn clients about a scam. Isn't this what this forum is about punters supporting each other.

Thats all the info I got from a client. I have seem him before and he was pretty upset about being conned out of 400.

Ah ok I was just suss as normally the guy would come on here and post not email a prossie to do it for him.  For some reason I cant use links at all as my laptop is playing up and takes me to a blank page each time so cant click on the feedback to see it.

How would the guy know who to approach for payment though unless he was making himself very obvious.  It is common sense to not pay anyone until you are in the room with the girl stood in front of you.  Why did he not ring the girl to confirm this was how she wanted to be paid and then walkedif she said yes

I wrote about it on AW but a couple of weeks ago someone tried this on one of my clients downstairs in my apartment block stood there and said he was security and had to be paid upfront.  I had never met this guy (youngish Asian lad) but he was going between the two blocks stopping people when they came in asking if they had an appointment as he wasn't sure which building I was in.
It could well be this girl is unaware as well (I only got told as it was a regular who knew I would never work this way) and would have been completely unaware otherwise and would have probably ended up with feedback saying scam.  Although she could be aware I don't know but I know I wasn't and I could have easily been blamed.
It was just some lad who had obviously booked and not turned up to get the address but wasn't sure which building but decided to take a chance he might be able to scam some money and I was just lucky it was a regular or I would have been classed as a scammer as well even though knew sod all about it

  As noted by others. This is a SCAM - the guy arranges meet in hotel reception and asks for money. Didn't get me but the police have his picture and registration

Ok so she is well aware.  I only said maybe she wasn't after what happened to me but as it has happened on more than one day she has to be aware.  Otherwise she would wonder where all these clients that have arrived and called for the room number suddenly disappeared to.  I know I did when my client didn't get to my door.

When you look at the profile it says;

Rating: 0

Indicating that there is no Feedback and so you might not bother to click on the link thinking there is nothing to read.

What that bloke tried to do to you sounds like a variation of the Soho walk ups scam of the bloke outside taking payment.

But this sounds like collusion with the girl as she is a 'sub' who is owned by her master and only does his bidding according to a set of rules. So they have woven the con into a BDSM scenario to make it sound more plausible.

When she takes the booking she obviously says I'm only having sex with you because my master is ordering me to be a slut and he wants the cash as compensation no doubt under her rules of 'ownership'.

Sneaky bastards because as you say it's common sense not to pay until you see the girl in front of you, but some guys obviously buy into this as part of the sub slave set up. Because her feedback is zero some people don't even bother to click on it so won't see the negatives. As you say think with the big brain not the little one!

Another good candidate for the Prostitute Blacklist I'd think.

There is different woman around North London who I believe pulls the same scam.

The profile wording is rather similar, stuff about husband knows etc.
Also in this case the woman is unusually submissive.

For me the absence of any hourly rate and a lowish over-night rate alone, would set off alarm bells.

Oh, and I'm always put of by mention of a BF or husband.

I'll try and find this other profile if its still up.

The time/date relates to when the feedback was left. The profile states she was looking for a meet 14th Feb, (so if the scams are actually genuine) I guess they all took place on Valentine's day.

This kind of thing happens.

I became aware of a gang in Bedford a couple of years ago who were doing it in a serviced apartment. Advertising on AW and disappearing after a few hours. They used the same profile for a couple of weeks for different locations.

You have to have your wits about you and not hand over money to anyone until you have struck a deal with the person you are seeing. They do this often by appointing a 'maid' who takes the money and disappears.

Right in the middle of the original garbled message - but you have to look hard to find it - is mention of a woman with a Midlands accent on the phone. So she's the bait to make it sound credible. But you're right just a pair of con artists, doubt she's an escort and the pics probably off some random readers wives or swingers site.

I doubt she does exist - those pics off Imagefap show she's a MILF who likes showing her chuff off in public around Sussex. But I suspect she's just an exhibitionist who's as much a victim here as her pics are probably ripped off as the locations are pretty easy to identify like this one!

A little suspicious for my liking. Why ask a prossie to post something on here on his behalf when he emailed the information to her in the first place? Why not do it himself? Further, who in their right fucking mind would hand over a load of cash without seeing the goods? Whenever a punter goes punting surely we are on high alert for things that just aren't right, aren't we? Someone asking for the fee upfront in a hotel bar is just one of those things. I haven't worked out the feedback issue yet but I am equally sure there's a scam in there too. Might be something to do with the OP who did offer admin the option of deleting the thread if they thought it wasn't kosher. Doesn't show much conviction in the story, does it?
