I’m moving to Singapore near the end of the year for a 6-8 month stint. Just getting the final bits of my work visa completed. I’m going to be based in a apartment, not entirely sure where about but I’ve been told near the centre.

Just wondering what the scene is like at the moment and where the best places to look for escorts are. I’ve never been to Asia so was just looking for a general advice. Maybe wondering if it’s easy to meet escorts or is it more like the Thailand scene with bars or just women in flats like adultwork?

Punting is legal in Singapore.  There's a big red light district called Geylang which I've punted in - you walk into the brothel and you're greeted by a group of women sat in a room with a glass wall, all with a number pinned to their clothes.  Pick the number you want and shag her - standard cost was 80 Sing dollars back in 2017.

Singapore will offer plenty of punting opportunities. Like the previous reply stated, Geylang is well known red light district area, well worth a visit.
If you are there for a short first time visit, you can try the the usual infamous Orchard Towers (Four Floors of Whores) and Brix Bar. I have used Locanto website in the past too, with mixed success. There are loads of Massage Parlours, some legit and many offer 'extras'. Whe you do move to Singapore, it is also worth catching the ferry to Batam (Indonesia) which is about 60 minutes away and has some interesting bars and bar girls!

There’s a lot of information buried here on the forum - if you do an advanced search - restrict it to Asia - you’ll pull the lot back.

As well as the good advice from the OPs above there are plenty of FBSM options all around the city.

For example if you are close to Raffles & Convention Centre - it’s a short walk to ‘Bugis Cube’ shopping centre. Where any of the “Spas” there offer from HE to FS.

There is no direct equivalent in Singapore to LA Cafe or the Angeles/Bangkok bars.  There is Orchard Towers where FLs hang out in the bars.  There is also Brix Bar which is in the basement of the Grand Hyatt on Scotts Road just off Orchard Road and it has some expensive FLs.   There are no GoGos.

Im jealous, I love singapore. Brix is definitely worth seeing even if only once. Go early when its empty and watch it fill up with gorgeous babes. As has been mentioned most are expensive but you can often get a nice girl, especially towards the end of proceedings for sgd300.

In Orchard Towers, ST is SG$150-250 and LT is SG$250-500.  They will start more at the top end and negotiate down towards the lower end depending on whatever.

Personally I think Batam was a waste of time. Being an ugly city with little to offer, all it has is the working girl bar scene. I found their rates were mostly designed for the well-off Singaporeans who crossed over on ferry for fun, so you're unlikely to find bargains. The quality of ladies on offer was also questionable. It is interesting for a short visit from Singapore though if you're already there with time to spare. Watch the persistent little kids circling around you begging for money even late at nights!

I love Singapore, the last time I was there was 2017 and I spent most of my evenings at Brix.

Its a great place to meet people ( I was there for work and being stationed beneath Hyatt meant that there were alot of other Western guys there to speak to).

It has a very smokers lounge feel to it but with a decent live music setup.

The quality of the girls can be amazing, however this is also reflected in their prices.

The CHEAPEST I managed to get overnight was for $600 (a girl from Laos - please bear in mind this was 4 years ago), however a couple of Persian girls there were quoting a wallet crushing $1500 for a couple of hours.

Orchard Towers (particularly Ipanema), the quality does drop off substantially, however there were a couple of hotties I got in there for $400 overnight.

Ipanema was my go-to place to watch the Premier League, listen to live music and then take a girl back if the quality was good.

As mentioned above for the cheaper end of the range Orchard Towers is the place to go, I am sure you will be a regular. Just be mindful there are a few ladyboy oriented bars in there so if not your thing look out for it. Bar in lower ground floor of Hyatt round the corner has the best talent. Singapore has been a little island of ‘civilised’ heaven amid the muck of Malaysia, Indonesia and the surrounding wok-faced fucked-up countries. That means that ‘low-life’ in SG is like top end compared with surrounding shitvilles. I understand high-rollers wanting to pick low lying fruit hanging from Orchard Towers but down and gritty Geylang has always been my favoured knock-shop-land.

I think news from exotic locations will filter through slowly. Who knows what changes covid-19 will have brought about? One possible outcome will be an increase in covert arrangements, quiet words with mamasans, or the quieter Geylang SW scene, as these flourish independently of lockdowns on walk-in knock shops.

Places like HK may see a bigger shift with the new authoritarian regime. Will we see closures of the bigger, dollar-drenched venues? Or will police go for the sweet — formerly unofficially tolerated — market scene? My guess is that the ‘yellow sign’ brothels will be first hit: easy to identify, not used by high-flyers and so lacking political clout.

A similar thing (hitting the middle tier) could have happened in SG but for two salient facts. SG, obviously, is not ideologically opposed to healthy capitalist prostitution. But it also leads Asia on vaccination metrics (External Link/Members Only).

Singapore partially opened its borders recently to a number of countries and other countries are progressively being added to the list.  They are using "quarantine-free travel lanes" for vaccinated travellers.

"Vaccinated travellers from Thailand may enter Singapore through this arrangement from Dec 14".

Applications for the vaccinated travel passes from Thailand opened last Tuesday. As of last Thursday, the 610 passes issued to travellers from the country were made up of 352 short-term visitors and 258 long-term pass holders"

So with 352 short term passes approved for Thais in the first 2 days it looks like they are approving visas for the girls again.
