As Serena has popped up recently on a couple of threads here https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=58300.0 and here https://www.ukpunting.com/index.php?topic=59246.0 but appears not to have had a review, I thought that I'd fill in a few gaps. Met with Serena at her friend's apartment recently. Communication beforehand on AW and on the day by text were prompt and very clear.
