Its more likely to be used as an alternative to poppers than viagra. The nitrate would have a dilatory effect on the anal sphincter (it WILL leak through the condom and affect both partners) making buggery easier. I'm not sure what it would do to female organs, probably nothing.
Problem is some stupid sod WILL try to combine using these with viagra - and will collapse and die with low blood pressure as a result
