Out of curiosity I also gave the phone number a google and got the following results, which seemed promising that there might be more on offer than just a massage:

Recieved a postcode that indicated she was in one of the apartments near Millennium Square.
Let her know when I parked up and wandered over in the general direction, then messaged her again when I arrived (on time!). No response so did a lap of the area to avoid looking conspicuous. Gave her a call when I'd been waiting 10 mins, got no reply so left a message saying I was heading back if I didn't hear from her within the next 5 mins (ie 15 mins total faffing round). You can probably guess that I didn't hear back, but at least I still have £50 to spend another day.
