Even the genuine Viagra from Pfizer could lead to symptoms such as visual problem, faint, etc to some people.

At the same times people are using generic Viagra (sildenafil) from various producers all the times without side effect. I am one of many examples.

Reasonable people will buy genuine Viagra from Pfizer from Pharmacies as if you did not you will get a generic Viagra with inflated price.
