I understand the arguments about safe sex but the best prevention is not having sex with person from an area of risk and it may simply be this combined with the folks pushing their luck that prossies decide not so see folk.

Could be totally wrong but next time your in a GUM mention you had sex with a person from a hiv/aids hotspot and see what they say

Most of the people you describe as from these hotspots are actually born in this country so would be no more likely to be Hiv/aids positive than you or I.
Yes, if you went to a GUM clinic and said " I was in africa on holiday and had sex with someone" that would ring alarm bells at the clinic, but are you that stupid or racist to think that a person with black/brown/yellow skin would be more likely to have a STD than yourself?

The prevalence of HIV/AIDS (and TB) in some African states is frightening and with the weak immigration controls in this country its becoming an issue here too.  So this point is valid.

That's not to say that Europeans cant catch HIV too.

Are you an Express reader or maybe the Mail? Most of the people of "colour" who are visiting escorts, are born in this country, and so, will have no more chance of being HIV/AIDS positive than anyone else on this forum, as I took the time to try and explain to you.
