Yes there is you can use a breast pump which will get the milk flowing whether your pregnant or not and it will make your boobs swell and you will produce milk. I seem to remember in the papers YEARS ago there was a case of a man being able to do it but don't quote me on it. I've been thinking about maybe doing it as I have first hand experience as a mother of two but memories of having to put cabbage leaves from the fridge on  sore swollen boobs and having to change nursing pads have put me of a bit.. But maybe I will give it a go with the breast pump in future to see if that is a better experience . Not touting or anything just joing in with the conversation .

This is true actually, as before i became a mum and had a hormone imbalance
And high prolactin, my boobs did produce a considerable amount of milk, but it was certainly not enough to sustain a child, and i had twins so the volume I produced then was much much more in comparison. It was only then when i stopped suddenly that's when I lost my perkiness and had to have a lift n implants... Before when it was just due to hormone imbalance no perkiness was affected. I think it's when u make loads of boob milk then stop suddenly the perk factor is at risk.
