I've had quite a few in a variety of places through aw. Often in broad daylight, the most outrageous of which was on a grass verge on a relatively busy country lane.
It is hard to manoeuvre clearly. The freezing cold but doesn't really apply as car is always warm even if it cold outside. The only position I do is missionary or us both sitting upright.

Also if by chance the police knocked on window, if it her car not much to worry about just give a false name and address. If your car, that going to be a real ball ache!!!
