When I went to visit
External Link/Members Only , I was too otherwise occupied
to ask her if there was any connection between her name and Coleridge's poem which begins,
"In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
A stately
Pleasure-dome decree:
Where Alph, the sacred river ran
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea."
I really must go back there, and not just to see if she'll tell me if there is a connection!
Oh, and another name which appeals to my sense of humour is that of
External Link/Members Only And that's even though my inner pendant wishes Ms Demeanor would spell it the British way, not the American!
