I haven't seen her, but when when I called her regarding her availability, she did have a good phone manner and sounded friendly.

That's good to know. At least someone on their premises has good English so in the event shit goes wrong some reasonable communication can be established.

Definitely TOFTT but hopefully she'll be around later as I have a backlog of wgs on the HL!

admittedly a new team member but ive booked to toftt on the 3rd of feb  (punting time is quite limited but i know quite far in advance when ill be free) i shall report back unless someone beats me to it
