There's danger on both sides in this type of arrangement. Either party can start to take advantage, landlord starts to demand either more sex, or a cut of each booking, become controlling of who she sees threatening to change the locks and stop her working - or as posted above tenant decides to not engage in their end of the bargain. Who ever starts to shift the goal posts, it can then only end in disaster.

if you don't have a proper lease then you will find it can be very difficult to kick her out.
the law is very much on the side of the renter even if they are not paying their rent it takes some time to obtain an eviction notice and the place could be trashed.
keep it clean and uncomplicated, it's why money was invented.

REALLY interesting comments - a bit more info from em on what im told by a few girls ive seen:-

1. Business man investments in an apartment (free lease for annual renewal - fucks her & friends, once a fortnight! - not a free lease) in Berkshire and the girl uses the place for her clients and other girls rent from her. This is sadly true and no reflection sometimes on the woman's personal integrity. They have to hold a fantasy world together for a large part of their working day which is a difficult enough mindset, then add to that the irritation at some level that goes with a job that either they don't enjoy or is looked down on and trying to tell themselves and others that everything's great. Doing that and not becoming a bit of a selfish cunt can understandably be a bit of a herculean task. The guy offers / agrees to all sorts to get the girl in, then starts wanting freebies; charging some sort of rent, tries to get involved in her business and, worst case scenario tries pimping her.
