Simply put, a time waster. Agreed a time for this afternoon via text, her replies were fast enough. I got to the postcode a few minutes so I let her know. No reply. Phoned at just past the agreed time and no reply again. I texted again at about 5 past and called at 10 past and both were ignored.

As I write this, she's just text me now saying she didn't know I rang
