I've never heard of one and I have punted for over 30 years now. Its way too risky these days and the repercussions of getting pulled by Police make it a no brainer. In all my years of Punting I think these pages are, by far, the most helpful and using the ladies that are recommended will keep you out of papers unlike kerb crawling red light areas.
