Very unlikely, even if a sex purchase law came into force (which again, is very unlikely certainly in this parliament).

Currently, a Kerb Crawling conviction doesn't get people onto the Sex Offenders Register, so why should a similar offence?

To be fair this guy had allegation of abusing kids, and then they found pics of him exposing himself outdoors. So the police must really want to put him away, the SRO is the second best option than jail time which they failed to get him convicted.

In other words, if you piss off authorities you are screwed. They will hunt you down with all they can.
