Ok.. So there's been millions of comments re Romanians and all the be lava that comes with them..
But in my neck of the woods there are loads but most are gorgeous and profiles are becoming more realistic .and some have latched onto the benefit of reviews. Now ignoring the barebackers and the blatant fake profiles... There has to be a way to find the good apart from reviews on this site... I've been tempted as I'm sure many are but won't admit or are worried about a crap service...
So what I'm asking is.. Is there another way to pan for gold in the sewage of Romanians???

Like others have said, I enjoy the thrill of the chase seeking out new pastures, and I like the look of EEs, particularly dusky Roms. They are usually more petite and slimmer than English girls. This is how I pan for gold, or filter to create lower risk TOFTTs. The girls must pass most of the following:

1. Collects AW Feedback which is 'real'.
  This shows more professional approach and is rarer with managed profiles. You must ensure the feedback providers are not all themselves on rating of 0, 1 or 2 and at least a few punt a variety of other highly rated girls including some English ones. The more AW FB the girls has better. I've had a few excellent Roms with FB in the 50s or more. Note that the FB itself is worth nothing as its a back-scratching excercise between punter and SP. Note blocked FB is a no no, and look for name changes indicated profile swaps.

2. Responds to an AW email
  Not including auto-responses. Again this  mean less likelihood of a managed profile and the girl takes her profession seriously. Note if you have no AW FB yourself you may not get a good response rate anyway. Keep it simple and with the promise of an intended booking

3. Answers a question you put in the email
  The girl reads, and can probably do some English! You might ask for your favourite uniform for example. Questions are often ignored; do not hesitate to rewrite and say you did not answer my question, in a friendly way though.

4. Does not insist on text with a "txt me bby" response to a phone call
  If you can have a phone conversation ask if she'll definitely deliver two or three services of importance (e.g. DFK, RO, OWO). If affirmative, then you can consider agreeing a time and duration. If you want, consider and offer going through AW booking.

5. After call, text and confirm the three services, price, and duration and say you're on your way, or if the time is to be later say you'll text her again when setting off.

6. Arrival in the premises - confirm service
   Before parting cash remind her of your two or three basic needs for a good punt, and the duration. This is were you have to use your sixth senses. If it feels right go for it. Make sure she undertands your requests, and be prepared to walk.

During all these comms use a consistent and easy name or handle, and use this when you arrive too.

None of this gurantees success - its simply about minimising risk - this means thre's is still a finite probability of it going wrong. It goes without saying you;ve checked UKP for any threads on the girl, and checked her pictures on a reverse imnage search.

I could not agree more - like everything else in this game, it is all about planning.
It is very easy to spot the 'managed' profiles and to avoid at all costs, and by the same token, those that have attempted to do themselves - which is commendable.

One thing (that I have mentioned elsewhere), it is important to bear in mind cultural differences.
In most EE countries, it is viewed as being false/insincere to greet anyone, who you do not know, with a beaming smile. So do not necessarily view it as being cold/distant.
So do not always expect the American diner waitress beaming smile and "you're welcome" greeting.

There are also the language differences - simple, straight comms is vitally important. It is can obviously also be used as a 'defence mechanism', which generally signifies that they are pissed-off by something.
Do not fall into the trap of thinking they are all illiterate thieves - most I have met are immensely proud of their education and you only have to look at OFSTED etc. reports, to see how EE children are outperforming every other race/nationality.
I have had some of my more interesting pre- & post-coital chats as they tend to be far less inhibited and open to discuss most subjects.

 A lot rate in my top 10, of all-round experience.

physically most seem slender, gazelle-like, compared to the more heifer like british girls

I think it is the touring Romanians you need to weed out. Profiles that promise everything but have little feedback, that move from town to town. Spoken English is poor and communication is in txts like 'I wait u bb'. My experience these are the girls new to the trade, trying to make as much money as possible is a short period by doing as little work as possible. Avoid these.

Romanians that set up shop and live in your town are the ones you want. Watch for profiles that keen appearing in your search, with better English and increasing feedback. Watch these profiles until the feedback score convinces you or she gets a positive review.

I am considering a post asking experienced punters to describe the saved searches they use consistently and then summarising the generic lessons on the wiki.  Have you considered publishing this on the wiki as a starting point for a generic "how to" on screening profiles?

This is excellent advice. Spot on. The ones that travel constantly from one town to the next, like gypsies, give service you'd expect from a gypsy.

In my opinion, and based upon my experience, these groups that travel around the country constantly are very often scammers, where the girls are taught a scripted routine to give you an appalling experience and get rid of you as quickly as possible. They offer this shit service in each location and don't hang around long enough to build up a negative reputation in any one location. Another possibility although rare (I hope) is that these girls are forced or coerced into it and are moved around a lot in case somebody should pick up on that and report a crime to the authorities. By the time the police get around to dealing with it they've moved on. Nobody likes to think about it but come on, we all know there are some girls forced into the trade. In my opinion they're likely to be working in such fly-by-night operations.

Have to say my thoughts are very much in line with DrFreeman aswell...it's still a minefield and I never thought I would go down the route but there are some seriously hot contenders and Mr Penis is getting the urge on invading Romania

When I first started punting and didn't know better, I immediately searched for EE girls as I was keen to meet a similarly hot Eastern beauty that I've seen on many a porno. Looked on Adultwork and found a suitable girl, a lovely Romanian girl who ticked all the boxes. I text and rang to make the arrangements, £300 for a 3 hour outcall. 

When I got a phone call off her to say that she's arrived, I went to the window to look for her. From my flat from a high position, I can see people at the front door downstairs. And to my surprise, the were 2 girls at the door. Now, if there were one girl and one guy then obviously I wouldn't have let them in, but it being 2 girls, curiosity got the better of me (I know, looking back on it now it was stupid, even if one of them had a weapon then I would have been in trouble, but I was young, dumb and full of cum), and I buzzed them up. 

One of the girls was definitely the girl in the profile, but the other girl was maybe 10 years older and didn't look like she was dressed as a WG. The older woman then explained that the other was the girl I had ordered; she didn't speak any English (not a word), treat her well etc etc. So basically the person I've had all the contact with is obviously not the WG, but her pimp.

Her pimp then asked that since the girl was nervous, was it ok for her to STAY IN THE SPARE ROOM IN MY HOUSE FOR THE 3 HOURS THAT SHE WAS THERE?!?!  What the hell are you going to do in my spare room for 3 hours, and I'm supposed to carry on and pretend as if there isn't a complete stranger knocking around in my spare room? Awkward much? 

Obviously I said no, and she left, said she'll be back in 3 hours. She was right about the no English, the attempt at conversation was ridiculous. No OWO and other stuff I've had confirmed beforehand, as I've obviously been making arrangements with her pimp, not her. 3 hours of watching telly and reasonable sex ensued, shit time was had by all.

So the moral of the story is: even if you think you've been in contact and spoken on the phone etc with a EE girl, it might not even be the same girl that shows up. With her not speaking a word of the Queen's, then it's likely she's just been recently shipped from abroad. And worse still, there's always a chance it was against her will. So from now on, no EE girls unless I've seen favourable reviews on this site.

The only good Roms I've got lucky and had a good booking with were in Ireland. Seem to be really good over there, but they're slightly higher price too. I've not yet met a good Rom in England who actually does OWO/couples/genuinely bisexual/more than a handie on him.
