How to cancel an Adultwork booking?

I made a booking with an SP but she's moved location and I wont be able to make it. How do I cancel it?
I've gone onto bookings and there's a delete checkbox, is that all I have to click then update, or am I missing something?

Side note, this is the second booking I've made that doesn't say yes for "Scheduled" and/or "Confirmed". It's supposed to say yes if she's agreed to it, no? She's read and accepted it in comms.

have you tried mailing the SP in question or did you just make a booking without contacting her first? most SP's require some pre contact before you use the Aw booking system. If you then make a booking through the system it is up to the SP whether or not they choose to use the option of marking it scheduled or confirmed, some do some dont.

That clears up a bit. I did talk to her before and after I made the booking and she said it was all ok. To cancel should I send her a message and get her to cancel it or can it be done by the punter themselves. I'll send her a message either way.

I’m pretty certain she has to confirm it her end for it to be accepted,just tick  the delete box.

I'm in the same boat having recently cancelled a booking that wasn't confirmed and scheduled. The booking remains on the system, and I was wondering if that is why sometimes you read feedbacks that say such and such was understanding or gave good notice etc. On a side note, I sent the escort a small Amazon voucher because 1) I think people in the gig have a hard time  2) I want to reschedule the booking and don't want to be noted by her as a time waster
