There's probably more different types of 'germ' in your mouth than on your arsehole, true. And I should imagine you're more likely to catch a cold/flu virus by kissing than rimming.
But rimming carries a much geater risk of passing on various very nasty stomach/intestinal conditions, including parasites.
Arses can carry genital warts. As for passing on stuff like gonorrhea orally, I'm not so sure about anally?

Does it have a degree in anal sex? I shouldn't imagine bacteria present in a recipient 'having a fight' with invading bacteria would cause issues, but if your arsehole has a First Class Degree in Anal Studies, I bow to its superior knowledge
