I know there is no right or wrong answer, everyone is different and if you know girls well you are likely to go for a longer booking and of course cost is a factor.

As you say there is no right or wrong answer, just what suits the punter. My minimum is an hour which from trying less I know suits me best, and longer with a good regular on occasion.

If a punter wants to chat then that's up to him, its a VERY expensive chat and like you I can chat to family and friends. I NEVER have massages off WGs, its always been a timewasting tactic in my experiences.
