Has anyone seen "Linda"?

I have now "booked" this WG 3 times and each time she has been a nightmare. 
Booking 1 - I called 5 minutes before the agreed time and she said can I wait about 30 minutes. I said yes but no longer. Went for a coffee. Called 30 minutes later to be told she had just taken another booking.
Bookings 2 and 3 were similar.
On the 3rd occasion I had time to drive over to Star in Telford and enjoyed a 30 quickie.

Has anyone actually seen "Linda" ?
