I immediately went to her 'crazy client' tab and she mentions some client is giving her bad feedback and changing names. Something seemed a bit odd here because his first review seemed quite legit and reasonable. I called bull right away - I bet it is not the same client giving her these negatives but different punters and shes trying to play it off.
She lists OWO and french kissing as discretions yet does not do them. I would avoid this one.
