Arranged an advanced booking as i knew i was going to be in the area, all booked, and was told to text on the morning to confirm i am still ok.
Texted on the morning, no reply. Arrived in the rough area, as did not have the exact location, rang, no answer. Texted, no answer. Gave up once it was half hour past my booked time, drove home. Good job i was in the area on business, or that would be an hours journey wasted.
Got a text about two hours later to apologise blaming the mobile network. Why not text once you realise i have not shown up, or work out the fact i still need a postcode in the least?
Would love for my first review to be a bit more detail of some action, but alas not to be. Sorry folks. Hope the next review will be more fullfilling for others
