I can't help you with recommendations. Sorry.

However, I would say that most subs will not let you tie them up or really restrain them on a first meet. Probably nothing more than something symbolic, like a cord wrapped round the wrists that isn't knotted off. Anything more requires a build-up of trust over a number of meetings. You need to be careful in the wording of any first contact with an SP in whom you are interested so that you get off on the right foot.
