a) walk away; or
b) book someone else and get feedback. Which will be difficult at present given AW won’t let bookings actually be made due to the COVID situation.

I think you know the answer yourself given the lengths you’ve gone to in order to understandably protect your identity.

Maybe a long shot option c) have her contact someone you’ve already seen who can vouch for you? Even if they wrote you an email on AW, you can screen shot it and send. She can then choose to reach out if she feels it necessary.

Apparently she wanted to see ID and know my name for her own protection due to me having 0 feedback which she said is mentioned on her profile. I decided against the visit which she was fine with and told her I would be in touch at a later date once I have positive feedback, as long as i don’t have to provide my personal details etc. Maybe she’s just cautious 🤷‍♂️. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt for now as there is nothing to imply she was scamming/blackmailing me, hence why I’m not putting a link to the profile. It’s mentioned on her profile that this is what she requires if you have no feedback so I don’t feel as if there’s anything to warn about. Tell her that you require HER full name and photo ID to protect yourself against scams. Point out that most AW feedback is fake and you don't trust it

OK Bobnob,what normally happens, to people who actually punt, either we leave feedback for the girl on AW and she reciprocates by giving us feedback or the girl is happy with what happened  and she initiates the feedback exchange. I’ve only ever contacted a WG by a second mobile phone never through the AW booking system. The less information that is stored the better in my opinion.
