General sex yes, WG no, although both are there. WG having a Craigslist and not an AW isn't a great sign to me though.

Its full of scams mate. I would avoid it personally. The majority of so called local adverts you contact will be the same con artist.

The above is very true, best thing to avoid scams is look at ones with specific locations or local slang, etc. You get better at noticing them.
