Contacted this escort for an appointment.  She did reply but very lackluster, so much so I did ask her that if there was any doubt the appointment wouldn't go ahead to let me know.  She did say it should be ok  so I left it until nearer the time

You had asked her to contact you if there were any issues, there didn't appear to be any issues, so she didn't contact you.  IMO I think you're being a unfair rating as a neutral, don't think this is even worth a review?!
