I like slim, pert, and tend to go for older ladies because I like to feel that there's some sort of spark - or that's what I'm looking for; rather than just being serviced.

So I've avoided under 40's for that reason

Unfortunately, it's not. Shilajit is a great herbal medication that helps with giving strength and other things. Not sure about relaxation but it did help give me more physical and mental strength. I felt less tired throughout the day. I have tried it in the past when it was legal in the country and it benefited me immensely. Unfortunately, it is not found here anymore and you would have to travel abroad to get some.

I'll accept that something called Shilajit may exist, but that wiki writeup about it's supposed content is pure bogus bollocks and bunkum. Totally flawed science. Whatever you were drinking, it wasn't what you were expecting!

I read somewhere that the guideline when establishing what is an acceptable age for a horizontal companion is half your age plus seven years, which would put it in your case at circa 37 years.

On the other hand I saw a girl today who must have been fifty years younger than me, and whilst it wasn't my finest performance of late I did manage to give her a surprise or two with both of us out of breath at the end, me noticeably more than her.

It's difficult to find anything in that wiki page which holds any inkling of reality.
The different types of rock it's supposedly found in. The differing geographic locations. The supposed plant origins (some of which are toxic: for instance euphorbia kills). The nonsensical quoted chemistry..........whole thing is a nonsense.
Then there's the point that it's supposedly known as "mummia" - i.e. coffin fat

As for scientist? Yeah I probably count as one of them, I've had enough chemical burns to qualify.

I think, in my opinion its what age you feel more comfortable with, I am nearly 60, and to be honest prefer the 40+ age, however it is nice to feel and touch a mid 20 lass - reminds you of your youth.
As said here many times, the WG is only interested in your money - and possibly if you are very old that you dont die mid way through a shag
