I think you mean "massage parlours" as in euphemism for brothel, where you won't actually get a massage. I think Executive Suite in Whitchurch Road may be. If you ever venture to Swansea, the Marina basement flat is still going.
The massage shops, as in Thai and Chinese where you will get a massage and possibly extras, have been open for some time, although possibly struggling for enough staff as some, like Sue, Nar and Fah, ex Marigold, went indie during lockdown. Definitely open - Bann Sakunee (Town and Bay), Marigold Salisbury Road, Thai Glow, also Chinese in Ninian Park Road.
